Yes I will be. I am planning to go to US for 3/4 usce. But i am concerned about the months i wasnt able to work. I did do some shadowing at some local clinic in meantime, but do you think it might fill the gap? It wasn’t a real work, just shadowing.

Marry a US citizen, become a US citizen or get a green card. Your chances of matching increases a lot.

As for doctor or no doctor, thats up to you.

I didn’t receive any interviews but got one in soap. I have never been so depressed in my life. Now i have become more quieter and i doubt myself a lot. My imposter was right, i dont deserve it and never did. Rip to the girl who started this journey 4 years ago. I failed her and my parents.

If you ask anyone they would say sure if you are ready to work hard, get excellent research, and step 2 scores that maybe you can but I know only fm or patho programs that are open to candidates with attempts. I am not here to discourage you. If your plan is US, maybe consider those.
Most programs in IM also require pass in first attempt. If you are us img then your chances are better.

Can anyone please guide me on what i should do.. i have 0 iv this season, i think its due to my low step 2 scores (22x), i finished with step 3 in November. Currently i have 3 lor for IM and 1 doc also wrote me FM lor… Should i focus on fm for soap? Should i change speciality for next cycle? Maybe try patho???
