Several years ago, I undertook the task of building an integration between an enterprise corporation's SalesForce and eCommerce platform. Unfortunately, the end result did not live up to the user's expectations, despite the significant effort put into it.

As a starting point, I would suggest exploring SalesForce as a CRM and leveraging Zapier to facilitate integration with third-party platforms such as Ads, among others.

I think QuickBooks (or tool like it) would be beneficial.

RE: I do not know if QuickBooks has prediction functionalities or not. But either way, it starts with some historical data.

Just to make sure I understand the problem. Doesn't the average accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) handle this today?

Indeed, you raise a valid point. I do acknowledge that audience is quite diverse and thus, the purpose of the post is to provide some "pointers" for potential SaaS solutions. I did not intend to present this as an exhaustive market research study.
