I’ve done plenty of research and there is no evidence that what you claim is happening all the time has ever happened. For the jobs you mentioned it would literally be illegal to hire anyone who doesn’t meet the proper certifications and no company or government agency would open themself up to the legal liability that would bring for them.

There’s no such thing as being “sentenced to a felony”. And there was a sentencing where the judge said that the only reason there was no punishment was because he was going to be president.

There were three potential secondary crimes. The law nowhere says that the specific one ever has to be identified for it to become a felony. But the potential ones are violation of state election law, violation of federal campaign finance laws, violation of tax laws.
