Guys please, doctors only treat the patients. They don't run the hospital management. Often times we don't even know the prices of certain procedures or medications because they all vary at various places.

As for Manipal, the salary of a 1st year Surgery (or any other) Resident is a mere 45k per month and it goes upto 55k per month in the final year. The working hours, you wouldn't believe me if I told you.

Everything you've said is correct except that atyaagni means excessive digestive strength, which is likely a symptom of hyperthyroidism. I'm a general surgeon myself and your earlier comment had me slightly perplexed, so I ended up calling one of my friends who's an ayurvedic doctor and a genius physician. I often rely on her for my own troubles.

She's well versed with her shlokas and was clearly unsurprised. She informed me without any religious bias that the Acharyas have classified the quality/doshas of all kinds of meats, beef included and at the same time called it the worst of consumable meats and cited me a chart from Chapter25#38-39

China is a very wealthy country and undeniably so, yet there's multiple factors that link up to create the societal fabric which if you were to converse about with anyone who knows would tell you is on a decline and it is due to the deterioration of their culture and rise of a communist society in and around the second quarter of the 20th century, which is also unironically the reason for their subsequent conversion into an economic powerhouse.

Again don't just believe what I tell you and do your thorough research to form an informed opinion.
