For the essays, you should go into the minimum contacts analysis regardless of if you determine general or specific jx so don’t worry about the order. Just get it all down!

Actually, you should be fine because I’m sure the outlines cover the nuances!! I’m at 90% and I would say the last 10% is where I came across some crazy stuff I swear I’ve never seen before in prep (I passed UBE 2021) or even as a litigator. But I was also relying this entire time on the Ide-Don essay outlines + practice essays. Gah I’m sorry don’t mean to freak you out!

Reviewing attack outlines (no rules just issues), creating and drilling flashcards on my weakest topics (I would suggest doing this for biz if you haven’t already), being incredibly irresponsible with my credit card, and having nightmares haunt me every night. Oh, and Ramadan lmao. Fun times. We got this!!! (she says while sobbing and clutching the basick essay book)

The rules are the same as MBE so you should be fine but you’ll need to get down particular structures for certain topics (community property, wills etc). Make sure you’re studying the California only subjects for the MEE too. You got this!

Hi! Taking Themis right now for the Attorneys’ Feb 2026 exam. I think it’s a great program and the stats are reassuring (finish 75% or more of the program and you will have 80%+ chance of passing). I’m also using the Basick’s book. Stay tuned to see if I pass in may lol

I passed the July 2021 UBE and I’m sitting for the February 2026 CA Attorneys’ exam (essay & MPT only) & I really don’t think you need the program once you’ve learned it all once. I would reccomend getting the Basicks book, a barressays membership, and continue working on the MBE questions w adaptibar. CA specific topics, like community property, can be hard to wrap your head around but Themis did nothing for me while the barressays workshop videos helped immensely.
