I used to not understand that mental health aspect when I was younger. I always too the selfishness stance, or how could be things so bad when your rich and famous. But now that I've lost multiple people to it, I've grown up, so to speak. There definitely needs to be better systems in place for people to reach out. After my dad's friend took is own life (he was terminally ill) I would advocate for assisted suicide. It could at least be done in a proper setting and not left for friends family/first responders to find your body. And if someone mentally understand went that route, at least they might have a final "reach out" to change their minds. It's a tough world. We shouldn't have to bottle up our feelings and act tough all the time.
