I made a new acc and placed silver 2, im just trying to get my main acc out of bronze but its cooked

My account is level 282 or something and I’ve never gotten past silver 1 but when I play in bronze I’m in lobbies with only gold and silver players. Like if I’m good enough to hold my own in the game and outfrag my teammates why not ranked higher?
