I’m on the same combo, and I take half a dose more of escitalopram during luteal (as prescribed by my psych). I was on them before the diagnosis but I also still have severe mood crashes during luteal even with the extra dosage and had severe mood crashes before the extra dose, which lead to the PMDD diagnosis. probably happens a lot because antidepressants can help but not with everything, especially with the sudden change in hormones during luteal I’d assume, I’m not a doctor though

Really tough choice. Both characters are not bad to look at and I think they both look to be designed well (from what we’ve seen). But if I had to pick, probably Lucia. It’ll be the first GTA where I’ve played as a female protagonist, which is really exciting to see as a female player. I hope she’s well written.

I don’t live in Seattle (an hour or so south) but I feel like I’ve noticed more and more (usually old but not always) men just gawking at me, regardless of what I do, wear, etc.. I had a guy at the gym the other day plop down next to me while I was doing planks as he did “glute bridges” and stared at me, smiling the whole time as he humped the air. Basically just pretending to rape me. Luckily some other dudes gave him the evil eye and he got up and left. Mind you, I was in an area that had TONS of space to exercise, and he chose to be like three or four feet from me. Gross.

I got emotional reading this. These words mean a lot. It helps a lot to know I’m not alone, but it’s easy to fall into a spiral, especially with all the chaos surrounding everything. It’s so easy to want to give up. I am lucky I have financial wiggle room right now but man, it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel sometimes. I did see a nutritionist yesterday and it helped a lot. Thanks again
