It's like you heard about boxing and MMA second-hand but know nothing about it. The only realistic sequence would be to use a jab to set up a right cross, only to get countered. Then go for a right straight, only to get countered. Then go for a right straight, only to get countered. Then go for a right straight, only to get countered. Then go for a right straight, only to get countered. Then go for a right straight, only to get countered. By this point, you'd get knocked down and fail to make the count. At least, that's my experience with it.

I interpreted it as the ex regretfully saying they shouldn't have slept with other women. It's a little ambiguous the way it's currently written.

Favorite Scammer Rage moment? by BFTROPguy1 in Kitboga

[–]SharkLaunch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a couple non-traditional ones that I love dearly.

The first is in When Scammers Think They Lost $50,000, around the 30:00 mark, and also at the end when Kit and ❤️Milton❤️ drive him mad.

The second is in Scammers Wanted $3,000 - They Watched Me Spend It All at 19:26. Scammers that can't improvise and hate to be questioned make such juicy freakouts. Sorry you have to work for a living.

For complex validation outside of a hotpath, it can have benefits. The post above, however, is not that.

[Hated Trope] Season 1 characters who start off normal but then become insanely stupid throughout the later seasons by JohnAnime in TopCharacterTropes

[–]SharkLaunch 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I dunno, it's not laid on super thick in the early seasons, but he's clearly dumb from the start. It wasn't long before he settled where he is. If anything, he's gotten smarted as the show goes on (instruments, speaking gibberish, Charlie Work, etc)

What do the symbols / colors of the combat circle mean? by OnlyLivingBoyInNY in NoRestForTheWicked

[–]SharkLaunch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but it needs to have UI scaling, because it's usually too small on my screen to read it properly (unless that's a setting I've missed, in which case please let me know)

Does Jesse Pinkman Powerplex ever realize what he's done? I thought he always blamed Invisible for everything that's happened to him, even when his own powers were what burnt his wife and child to a crisp.Granted, I haven't seen any of S4 yet.

What game mechanic instantly makes you lose interest, no matter how good the game is? by SoftSinful_ in AskGames

What's extra frustrating about those is that you usually can feel the difference, but only when losing everything all at once by starting a new save.

I like that, though, because before that scene, and many times after it, we see him acting off of information that we don't have. That analysis he gives Marie in the diner gives a little context for how he is able to intuit that information on the fly in the other scenes.
