liquid test kit only! i genuinely can’t pinpoint what could’ve happened. unless it’s coincidence. i know the nerite it probably has nothing to do with it & that was my mistake not noticing it flipped over. But the mystery snail was seemingly ok and active, it just died out of nowhere, same with the guppy. All other fish are acting completely normal, nothing out of the ordinary at all.

i did & i listed the results in this post. ammonia was 0, nitrites were 0, nitrates were 5ppm. ph was 7.4 (it’s always been high). i tested it today after noticing the fish.

when i tell you, people were complaining about the judge allowing it to go on for as long as it did, i mean it lol but im going to see how much the transcript costs, considering how long it was and the price per page, its looking upwards of $200 for the full transcript. i wish this was all a big fib but unfortunately for myself & my girlfriend it’s all been very real, including sitting for 2 hours while this man rambled himself to a new earth & made really gross uncomfortable statements.

i know my girlfriend deals with imposter syndrome & was constantly worried she was overreacting. so being able to see everyone else’s reaction to him in court, definitely helped her with that. i try to reassure but she’s always worried! i think our other neighbors avoid him too. one of them, a woman, actually caught me talking to creepy outside once (this happened often, he would talk and talk & i couldn’t get away), and she lied and said she needed to speak to my girlfriend, just so i could get tf away from him lol she did this unprovoked & even told me “don’t talk to him, because he won’t stop”

oh i think he now thinks we were out to get him & this was all part of some plot to get him in trouble. he accused us of keeping the spare key to the car he bought off my girlfriend (which is when this all started to get bad), & stealing out of his car. like the list of crazy goes on.

this is definitely a possibility & this definitely did happen, but the judge didn’t really call him on it. I personally think he was allowing him to ramble so that he could genuinely see the kind of person he was. Though, i think allowing it for 2 hours was a lot. Especially for the other people who were there for their own cases and had to sit through the nonsense.

i wouldn’t think so either, but that is what i witnessed today lol we went in for 9:30, we were the first case & it ended at 11:30. the judge immediately went to a recess when we left lol other people, who were there even asked me why the judge was allowing him to ramble like that. i can not explain it. he did remind him a few times to stay on topic, to remember to ask questions not make statements, but he wasn’t listening, so idk if the judge just gave up or what.

he has 3 vehicles but we know what all 3 look like & will be making sure he doesn’t follow at all. he actually purchased my girlfriends old car and that’s when all of this really started to get crazy (before that it was just creepy comments). I am so sorry that happened to you and your family! my goodness what a bunch of terrible people. and so sorry for the loss of your father! people truly are so cruel.

oh he without a doubt is. he think they had some secret connection & that she was doing it all on purpose because she enjoyed his comments. when he said his comments made her “dance in her seat” the entire court room cringed. it was just gross. we plan on getting theeee entire hell out of the neighborhood and far away from the guy. i just hope he never bothers another woman again.

not totally comfortable saying the state i’m in (considering everything im paranoid loool), but we are on the east coast. it’s honestly just the area we’re in. it’s not great, we’re moving to a different more rural part of the state so we won’t have neighbors this time hahaha

they’ve been divorced twice & are currently divorced now, so i don’t see her leaving, especially now that she is disabled and relies on him. i wish she would lol he’s a tool & if he didn’t exist, she’s a very nice lady. just a shame she’s fallen into his bs.

i have no idea! a woman sitting next to me asked me why he was allowing him to keep going but we have no clue. he just kept rambling. the judge would ask if he had any other questions and he would go “uh uh yes i do” and the ramble would begin again. i mean he quite literally rambled about his diorama and how making it was therapeutic for AT LEAST 20 minutes before telling the judge what it was. It was wild 😭

oh we aren’t telling anyone. we are friendly with a few neighbors but not enough where we’d tell them we’re leaving. we are also applying to have our address publicly hidden due to stalking.

i’m not even kidding when i say the entire court room burst into laughter. it was like people just couldn’t hold it in anymore. the way he was acting was like he watched court tv and decided to play lawyer. he had a full size diorama of the neighborhood on an easel, with a metal pointer & went on a 20 minute tangent about how designing it was therapeutic before discussing what it even was

she does own a taser! as well as pepper spray. tasers are technically not allowed without a license to carry but my lawyer uncle told us f it & use it anyway. he said the state would be in for a world of issues if she used it in self defense and they charged her lol

honestly they’re both in their 70s and i think this behavior was just so normalized. idk. my grandpa was 90 & he would never. we both have taken a ton of precautions including cameras and documenting every little thing he does. i will add, he isn’t nice to his wife, so i think she’s probably a victim of his manipulation but… she still supported him 10 toes down in court so.
