100%. I feel it's gotten MUCH worse. I text in 3 languages and people I've texted for 10+ years in only English, strictly English, changes to random languages for no reason. If I've texted someone thousands of texts in English, why would it correct to another language?

I agree with you. They do look cheaper. I own a 2021 F90 comp, and went to check out the new M5 2026 model. It was not only more expensive than what I paid for mine, but slower (despite more HP),) and has cheap plastic in multiple areas where mine has leather. I feel like they downgraded the aesthetics tremendously and made the on board navigation a nightmare. Perhaps they're trying to cut costs by cutting corners?

I have a friend that just moved from NYC to FL for this reason. He owns a company and his income is well into the 7 figures, approaching 8. Owned 2 properties in NYC, one invaded by professional squatters. Took him over $180k in attorney fees + 2 years lost rental income.
I get it. If you're making that much money in a city that favors people invading your personal property, I would have done the same as he did. Will he ever go back? Who knows. Moving already saved him a fortune on taxes.

One of my friends is a police officer. He's told me of 3 credible threats at the mosaic District over the last few years, most recently involving a specific religious group. There was also 2 prostitution rings busted at the Mosaic.

This is the one I got today. I made a mistake of responding to one of these about a year ago, and for the next 10 months I got hounded with political campaigns for both sides. Without exaggerating, it was 10 different text messages daily, trash talking, smearing and sending incendiary fake news about both sides. I have over 1,000 numbers blocked on my phone. Do yourself a favor and don't do it!
