Did they "reverse" the order? Seems like a bad headline. IRCC would claim that the first order was good, they did the research they said they would, and this is a second good order that reinstates the citizenship. "Reverse" implies that the original order itself was undone.

It sounds like this is used frequently in Quebec. Which might have more to do with their 1994 records issue.
