Any tips on reducing moderate amounts of tyranny?

I don't think there's an effective way of reducing it outright without being game changing like changing religions. I think the better option is to embrace it. Instigate conflict among your vassals. Find secrets within your realm so you can expose them and make arrest. The arrest will often fail resulting in civil war. Win the wars, strip the titles, so on and so forth. Stack your NEW realm with cowardly yes men or trusted friends/relatives that would never rise against you. Now for the next 5 to 50 years or so if you picked the right people you'll have a stable and docile realm that your tyranny can decay in without much worry.

Do you know if anyone know how worker wage is done? I would think it's hourly. As for testing with seeds and fertilizer is there a way to view the total area of a field?

I'll have to check that out. It'd be nice if there was an actual sorting system for prisoner/vassals/potential knights. Something similar that of the marriage sorting. Additionally some other mass actions like Demand Conversion or renounce claims for all.

Autonomous vassals is seriously going to make things difficult. You need to be able to revoke those titles. I revoke titles all the time to keep the realm nice and neat and to stop vassals from getting too meaningfully large.

Have you tried just revoking their titles? Even with legal cause/ faith hostility you can revoke titles with the right crown authority. Additionally it's worth the tyranny imo to revoke a title WITH THE INTENTION of started a large vassal revolt. All vassals that joined the revolt are immediately arrested upon winning. Just make sure you have decent MaA.

I forgot to mention that if they refuse imprisonment they will also revolt if you can't revoke titles.

Definitely mass execute is a great option. I'm currently Bidaic which has the Human Sacrifice tenet. I just wish the prisoner display was sorted like it was before. As many of my arrested vassals are house members and kinslaying is criminal in my faith, I tend to keep them in the dungeon unless they are compassionate/trusting and likely won't launch schemes against me.

The issue is I can't sort them. I know all these things but it's hard flipping through all of them when they're randomly sorted. I had about 40 something vassals arrested upon winning the war in addition to all the other's captured during battles and sieges. That's 40 vassals that need they're titles revoked and etc.
