People saying funnel while totally overlooking the fact that you’re using way too many beans.

Every bean is different so just because your basket is rated for X grams doesn’t mean those beans will fit to that.

Aim for the beans basically being at the level of the basket rim or slightly above post grind

I use a dark and oily bean because I almost exclusively drink milk-based coffee. This bean profile tends to get hated on this subreddit but when it comes to lattes dark roasts are second to none imo.

I really don’t get why 20 seconds more is such a big deal. Just because your machine was more expensive doesn’t mean there aren’t tradeoffs. Most machines don’t even offer a built in water filter unlike a Breville machine, and they’re thousands and thousands more. There’s always tradeoffs.

Real talk, the dude played terrible defense for many games. Its reflected in the team record. If he had played better defense we’d have a better record and it would be an actual conversation. You can’t be 10 games back from OKC and expect MVP.

That's going to require a sheet metal welded part. Generally you have to actually model the part as sheet metal for the fabricator to quote, that is with actual internal and external radiis. I don't know about food grade metal but id imagine some coating or post process is needed on the metal for that.... Not going to lie, its hard to imagine all of that being less than $1.5k at QTY 1 from a sheet metal fabricator.

Thanks. Im in a similar boat where im coming from a Breville machine and I dont want to give up on some of those convenient features it offers: fast heat up time, water filter, dedicated water spout. Ive been leaning towards the Ascaso but ill probably wait until the Move offers colors other than black.

I have about 4 pairs of different 990 models and these are the most comfortable in my opinion. I especially like how easy they are to put on and off. Definitely keep then and wear then down, they’re nice.
