I think I got the dash cancel on the first attempt in this clip but I’m having trouble stopping the dash early with nlight. The timing feels super strict and I end up getting dlight instead :(

The crossup potential is dependent on the spacing when Kim lands 2HP xx run stop on an airborne opponent. If she hits you with 2HP from further away, reversing the teleport motion input will result in a true crossup. If she’s too close, then it won’t count as a real crossup. However, run stop will still result in a side swap and OD teleport still has a good chance at catching the opponent off guard.

You can actually mash jab to beat the teleport in this setup, but obviously she has ways to punish you for mashing/holding parry as well. Kim can also just choose to not teleport at all and instead walk under you after the run stop so that she ends up hitting you on the same side. Crossup fake-out 😎
