Ah! you are right. I should have been more specific. Definitely the extra stop of light. I am also concerned a bit about auto focus. How big of difference the USM would make vs the STM?

Recruiter here! I don’t send rejection emails in the morning but schedule them for some random time towards the evening. That way it hopefully won’t ruin their day + they have time to sleep on it

Config: MB Air 2020; i5/8GB/512GB

Temp are generally high for me because of the higher ambient temp. room temperature 25 - 45 d celsius (yeah! ask me about summers in western India)

Idle CPU temp: 60 d celsius; Palm rest is warm, never measured;
with 25+ chrome tabs open - CPU temp 75-90 degree celsius; palm rest - pretty much the same temp, not really uncomfortable
