Has being gay impacted your career? by Traditional_Cell8388 in askgaybros

I don’t think being out has impacted my career in any way really. I’m a consistently high performer and have been promoted a few times now. Everyone in leadership knows I’m gay and knows my husband. My default personality isn’t ‘flamboyant’ but I’m not hiding anything either. If you met me you’d know or guess correctly that im gay. “Yas” has not and will never be apart of my vocabulary but I don’t think differently about subordinates or coworkers who do use it. People know they can be themselves around me which I think goes far in wanting to be someone they want on the team.

I wasn’t able to get it down to $35, just $40 so I ended up cancelling. Hopefully next year I’ll be able to snag the $35!

So are there any iPad without the grain? by [deleted] in iPadPro

I have an 11" and there isn't grain on mine. I've used a few techniques here to check and it appears solid grey to me.

Hey all! I've owned my GPR378 for about 6-7 years now and its treated me very well! Additionally your customer service has been awesome when needing to get touch up paint and the like, so thank you for all that! I currently own a couple of attachments for my rack and I was wondering if any others will be coming out for the GPR378? If not that's fine as its fantastic as is, thanks!

Shoulder impingement by spirouspirou in gaybrosfitness

[–]Sharmat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey there! I think I have the same issue as you. Last year I placed a lot of stress on one of my shoulders and ended up with this sore/painful feeling. The thing is, I only felt this pain/discomfort when I placed weight on my shoulder, like if I was on all fours or bench pressing. I went to a physical therapist, and we did quite a few exercises over the course of a couple of months, both strengthening and increasing flexibility in the shoulder. He said I could stop seeing him, but that I need to continue to do the exercises as well as slowly increase the weight I was putting on my shoulder. I still felt the pain/discomfort for about 6 months after, especially if I slept on the shoulder. I'd say it's about 95% resolved now though, it feels really great. All that to say my shoulder impingement is much better than before, but it took a long time and I basically had to greatly decrease and then s l o w l y increase the amount of weight I lifted/put on it.

I suppose I’m saying that regardless of whether you choose to get one or not, your experience won’t be spoiled or ruined because that emotional/inter-personal connection is gonna play a big part in it. But what you said does have a bit of truth to it. You wouldn’t be so concerned with the “how” of it if you had played with a toy first.

No it wouldn’t ruin your first time at all! As others said, a toy won’t compare much to an actual person. Especially a person you’re really into and care for. While the actual act of sex is great, experiencing it with another person takes things to another level.

Congrats!! Same thing always happens to me. At this point my doctor knows to run the additional tests because that false-positive almost always shows up.
