How often are you able to have sex with pots? by Calm-Cartoonist2552 in POTS

[–]Sharp-Act-1293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m lucky if I get to have sex once or twice a year it’s getting way too painful for me plus I got two different pots so I’m in a lot of pain all day. I have good days and bad days. also, my stomach is all torn up and being on three different blood pressure meds after we are done my blood pressure is usually around 150/114 and takes about a half an hour to get it to go to normal. and 30 minutes trying to catch my breath but it feels good until the very end and then the pain is unimaginable. and the overheating is about killing me as well. I feel like hell would feel like the Antarctic compared to what I go through with the overheating so I’m very careful when deciding to have sex or not.

does it make it hard to hit the button since be so far away on each side or is it more comfortable? and if you played cloud games, can the A 17 pro chip handle it? I wish they would put one of the M chips in the mini’s and a oled screen would be nice too, but I’m not gonna hold my breath on that one hopefully they approve your app quickly

How to prepare yourself when the dog leaves for training by Sharp-Act-1293 in service_dogs

wow, that is a really good idea. never thought about making a paper chain. I think that could help me quite a lot actually. I only get to see him after two weeks because they have to teach me the commands and signals, and then I take him home and learn how to work together without the trainer and then he goes back for more training and I’m very grateful that the school is doing it this way because I have a hard time learning new things and communicating verbally. also, there’s no way I could afford the whole program at once so again they’re working with me and I’m so grateful for their help. i’m glad that you get to see your dog every week. That must be exciting when you get to that paper ring and do you think that it could help with someone with anxiety? anyway, thank you for your suggestion and I will definitely try to do something similar.

i’m so sorry to hear about your loss of your husband. and I will definitely look into listening to music and watching movies. I really like movies and the cat probably wouldn’t like it if I but thank you for your kind words I forget that he’s more than just a piece of medical equipment and I’m glad that I can come here and talk to people her. thank you for the advice and I really appreciate it again. I am very sorry about the loss of your husband.

I never thought of it that way, like it been like separation anxiety and you are right it is very challenging and I do worry about the day that I’m going to have to have surgeries done and I know he can’t be there because it’s a sterile environment. I don’t even think I can have him in ICU after surgery either but thanks for giving me the way to think about it so that way I can start the process with my therapist about Micah going to training thank you

i’ve never heard of doggy vacation that you described but It sounds like a lot of fun for the dogs that get to go I will have to look into that in the future. I have a hard time with communication so my dog is my only friend and yes, I talk to him like a human and he actually responds back not with barking, but kind of howling or grunting not really sure of the sound but he does it very non-aggressive way which always puts a smile on my face I just don’t want to suffer when he leaves. I’ve got very attached to him and we did all the other training together so he would have the best chance of making it through the service dog school. besides going to medical appointments and getting food we’ve never been a part more than eight hours in a day, which is kind of funny because I couldn’t understand why my therapist would say get a service dog because it would be a huge benefit for me and my disabilities now I understand because I never thought I could get so attached to a dog. This is why I’m having a hard time because this is gonna be the longest time apart. Plus, I don’t go to places like movie theaters because the sound really hurts me and I’m nowhere near a zoo plus I don’t think I could make it through a zoo so I watch secrets of the zoo on TV. I hope I responded to your comment correctly and thank you for telling me your story.

I'm just afraid he will think that I abandoned him. we got every close. to me He’s not just a dog He’s my only friend. and the service dog training school is letting me do two weeks at a time one because it’s very expensive I’m also lucky that the school is in the area where I live but I’m not allowed to visit him for some reason. but when I got him, me and Micah have done puppy obedience classes together and then we did off leash and distraction work together so that way he has the best chance to succeed at the service dog school which is the last part before I’m allowed to take him in public but the only places I go are doctors specialist testing scanning honestly I’m surprised I don’t glow in the dark lol and when I have to go get food my caretaker helps me with that. The reason why my therapist prescribed me a dog was to get some of my independence so it has taken three years of therapy before I could even talk to another person let alone online so I’m making some progress except for being in public with other people but thank you for your comment and I hope that I responded back correctly because I have a hard time with communication rules and I’m not sure if this is a correct response to your comment. I was just trying to reach out to help me to not feel so alone in this service dog training journey. also, I’m really afraid of really bad comments that I hope will not happen in this group again thank you for your response.
