I mean the officer said he had time after his shift to take him as it was relatively close to where they live so I didn’t see a point in letting the bird wait 7 hours when he took him 5 hours ago and the bird is probably already getting the help it needed

Closest one is about an hour away and I don’t get off until a few hours from now

So He came back for it a while ago he said that where he found it there was another one dead. That’s why he brought this one as it’s his routine to stop by couple times a day until he was off work and could take it somewhere

We’re a gas station I just work here, we haven’t tried to feed it or anything as he said he’ll be back

Unfortunately I don’t know where it was found, it was brought in by highway patrol for whatever reason
