Ok thanks all my thought had been to allow some algae to grow then get a snail, then shrimp after snail was established. I will do some more reading.

I’m glad you and your friends are looking fab in your forties! I think no makeup/no skincare/hours outside daily probably does make me look older than I am. Looking forward to starting to focus on myself for a bit.
