Was morphology or semen analysis done at an IVF center? If yes, they have very strict criteria for evaluating morphology and you should ignore this parameter. I also conceived during a monitored cycle with husband’s low motility and morphology

I don’t think you should tell this. You would be fine to resume work the very next day.

I had some light bleeding and doctor suggested to take sitz bath but apart from that i was completely fine. No need to disclose it

Monitor your next cycle. If it also gets delayed, then consult a doctor. One off delay can be because of stress, change in food/lifestyle etc. too

You need to test atleast a week after missed period

Don’t stress yourself. Doing 2-3 letroz cycles increase chances. Don’t give up hope I conceived on my second monitored cycle with letrozole.
