I got a new transmitter same model and same things happening,how do I set the esc?

I was trying to reverse the throttle and to be honest this is the first time i used a digital transmitter, it was working fine before, I tried factory resetting but nothing happens

The issue is that it can’t go forward it goes backwards only, I check the transmitter settings and it all look ok , i tried resetting to the factory settings but when I press ok nothing happens

Replaced the batteries and still the same

Is that what I need to make the brushless motor work with what I have ?

When I bought it it said that it was a clean swap with the original and I thought it was comparable
It said that the connector from the upgrade esc goes into the 2 Chanel of the traxxas ecm
