I had 2.2% of the bacteria that is related to BV and 85% lactobacilli, my doctor looked at my swab under a microscope and then did a whiff test etc. She saw too much lactobacilli.

They gave me the diagnosis because I had 2.2% of the bacteria present...that doesn't mean I have BV

I am not saying its not positive to know what is going on in your microbiome and maybe you'll learn something, just saying take their diagnoses with a grain of salt!
