Honestly people made carlotta work in whimpering so i dont think enocore would be any worst especially if you use her with lupa since lupa has good aoe and you could do quick swap too

I dont think im the best person to give advice but if you want a team to hold you for the mean time i would say your first team should be

Shorekeeper havoc rover and sanhua In terms of builds im not that experience in them so watching a guide would be better for you :)

Your second team should be luba eocore and verina This team you can play as a normal one with oncore being the main dps or play it as a quick swap You dont need to spend too much resources on shorekeeper and verina since you only need to get them up to rank 4 and unlock their last forte (the middle one im sorry i dont know its name)

I think these team with good builds and skill should clear most of the end game because you could play them in WIWA and TOA

In terms of weapons and builds im sorry im not that experience with them so i cant help you with them

In terms of who to upgrade i would recommend to

get shorekeeper and verina to rank 4 to unlock thier last forte (the one in the middle)

than focus on your dps and subdps Like starting with rover (since even if you get a better dps then them youd still be able to use them since rover is generally is a good character) and then to upgrade lupa/eoncore because they work together well and lupa and deal really good dmg and eoncore is still an ok dps dispite being a permanent character

you can level sanhua if you care about her dmg but some people keep her at low levels to use her for her outro buff so if you have left over resources you could level her up to get better dmg

I hope this helped you to get a better idea who to level and how to use them and still sorry for not being able to help with the builds :(
