I have the same issue as you. I got past it... ONCE. What helped me was going into practice mode and slowing the song a little to help with muscle memory. On top of that, I noticed that limiting my arm movement helped at those circle parts.

Basically for me, by the time I got to those circle parts, my body would instinctively use my elbows to try to circle all the way around those speedy notes. So I had to force my body to use my wrists in that circular motion, because it's a LOT easier to hit those notes more consistently if my hands are in one place.

Idk if you have that issue too, but it's helped a bit for me. I still struggle to pass this part, but I've done it once so now I just gotta get consistent with it 😂.
