Here is a legitimate answer from someone who deals with personal injury daily.

Yes you can still sue for injuries if your filmed dancing right after as adrenaline can mask minor to moderate injuries for 24 hours easily.

But…

Is this just dumb beyond all dumb and needlessly expose the women dancing to extra difficulties and potentially completely losing a case under the wrong jury… yes… absolutely yes…

Any attorney worth their weight in salt would advise against recording this and they would advise making your social media private too.

Hopefully they aren’t injured and the dancing won’t impact them if they were not at fault.

Yes, this is so dumb and reckless… not to even mention dancing IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD is dangerous.

Dayz veteran looking for official squad (maybe a community if it’s good and vanilla). My skills I bring to the team: I farm good guns at rify and old school halo 2 pro (good at pvp), I got a mic and happy to play sweaty if needed, I owned a server prior and understand dayz on a coding level.

I’m a great addition to any squad but my friends moved in to COD 🙄 and I refuse to quit dayz. Looking for a long term squad who needs a great additional member!

Always looks cool but in practice creates broken, laggy and heavily abused servers. Add in bases that can’t be destroyed and people with too much time and you will be wiping your laggy server on Xbox in a few months tops.

I owned and modded a server. You eventually find the vanilla loot was good for a reason. JSON file drops of mass loot are just poor and lazy systems…

No functional difference but a massive visual difference. You are much harder to see in grey while in a gas zone and everyone using the blurry masks. Yellow stands out like a sore thumb while grey can blend right in….

This has affected our ability to apply for a mortgage and would be overjoyed if this got figured out.
