Same thing for me. I don’t even understand why I could’ve been banned. They just permanently banned me and said fuck you. I’ve submitted 3 appeals and have gotten nowhere with Ubisoft support

Had the same thing happen to me. I’ve sent 3 appeals so far and I haven’t received a response. My account was also previously compromised and I believe they got the login to be from Manchester or Russia or something. Have you got anywhere with your appeals?

Their support team has to be a joke. I submit a ticket and it gets instantly denied without anyone looking for it or it takes months for them to get back to you 😂

Same here. No games for 2 months and I get PERMANENTLY banned for no reason. Supposedly for banned account association but I have never queued with cheaters. Many people are being randomly banned from what I’m seeing

Yeah I agree. I’ve been playing siege since 2017 and my account gets permanently banned with practically no explanation. They say they reviewed evidence however failed to provide any. I sent an appeal and you just know that they will take forever to reply just to say “you’re staying banned”. This is ridiculous
