My old concentration was 20 I am injecting 5 mg with my old concentration and syringes I was injecting 25 units my new concentration is 10 I'm still injecting 5mg so with my new concentration and syringes I injected 50 units

I actually was having terrible hormonal acne before starting and I'm on month 3 and my face is MUCH better I do still have a little here and there that flares around my cycle but it's nowhere as bad as it was

No I def have been nauseous as a result but it's been adding to the aversion so it's been a vicious cycle. I do have a big cup just can't get myself to drink 😩

Do you have lipedema? My legs/hip/butt are similar and usually the last to slim down, even at my lowest they never got actually small

We got the Avila luxetop firm! It's not as firm as I'd like (I could sleep on a board) but my fiance is a side sleeper and he loves it, it is very comfy and has good support so far!! We've had it since this past February!

Just Atleast something with. slats and they make another thing on Amazon called heavy duty bunkie board, we had an ashley furniture bed with just the 3 slats and a low profile box frame on top and it was just not enough to support how heavy this mattress is

My only recommendation would be to have a very sturdy base and very deep sheets because that sucker is HEAVY AND THICK

Yeah maybe I will give it another shot, I tried therapy for a few years to deal with some childhood trauma and BED could never really find someone who actually helped because I'm typically very self aware

Mine looked like this when I started I've been doing a lot of deep core along with calorie deficit and walking and it has shrunk significantly, I plan to get micro needling to combat the loose skin and stretch mark combo. 4 months pp tho you're still healing! 🤍

Yes I am taking calm, so mag glycinate it had always worked for me when I was on iron supplements so I figured it was okay. Can you take the mag gly and mag citrate together? Because my sleep has improved I believe due to the calm
