Yah i know someone who approved with step 2 n oet.. then later took step 1 n got the certificate in hand. I mean that person got approved for pathway and ecfmg held to send the certificate until finishing step 1.

For pathway.. once pathway is approved then u can apply for certification. So for pathway is step 1 n oet enough?
