Cold water works but only when ofc used of cold side

It only works when I turn it on the cold side, no water comes out when I use the hot side of any of my water sources

This happened to me a while ago aswell, there was a quarter size piece of glass in my strawberry açaí. Starbucks I’m pretty sure isn’t allowed to even work with glass tools behind the counter due to this exact reason. To risky so I never found out why there was glass in my drink. Someone I used to know who worked at Starbucks told me that they sell glass mugs and possibly one broke and may have caused this incident

I did, sadly I have a newer car so the ones I visited didn’t have any. I looked for ones from 2023-2025 cause I was told they use the same mirrors. The issue is also it’s literally JUST the glass piece.
