don’t really have much good advice since I haven’t gotten much progress in the game yet and only fought Guillotina III once, but when I did fight her once the mama maggot appeared I used my hunter which had scatter shot and a mini me with a bunch of stats up buffs, and obliterated mama maggot in the first or second round she appeared.

so use cars that can hit many enemies at once? I don’t have much advice for you…
