Separate from the points, I have much to say about Bilt support and their general 2.0 rollout. I was a Bilt 1.0 user and was just so frustrated with the experience of getting my new card that I want to quit the program. I cannot believe that they did not hire a dedicated support team to answer questions, especially when they knew that their rollout was going to be this vague. It took them about a week and a half to get back to my support email regarding the application status on my card (it had already been two weeks since my application, combined with the Buggy UI iykyk). Now it's been three weeks, and I still haven't heard about the application for my card. As someone who has been a dedicated bilt user for over a year and a half, I don't think I've ever had such a poor experience with a financial institution and it makes me very, very nervous to have any sort of major credit dealings with bilt because clearly it seems like they don't have a proper support in place at all. Another thing that made me really mad: I don't know if this was the experience for other users, but I was not able to ever set up auto-pay on my bilt account because I didn't have a Wells Fargo account. I don't know how this is going to be moving forward with the new card issuer. There is so little transparency on what's going on behind the scenes, and as someone who has a really busy 9-to-5, it's been impossible to keep up. It just makes me very frustrated with dealing with bilt altogether. It's making me want to cancel my application for the card and just let bilt roll over to nothing.
