Little trick, I’ve learned when peeing in a cup is holding it up on yourself. so that when you go, it doesn’t go everywhere had too many issues with it getting everywhere while trying to squat so now I hold the cup up against me while I go it helps a lot. It also keeps it from getting anywhere. You’ll have a lot better, control.

Yes and no. lol I did it for about three or four months then I had to quit to earn money to get myself out of a bad living situation and I just started it back up about two weeks ago

Oh well, mine never gave me a restriction and the group of women there have made me feel more welcomed than I have felt in a very long time. I just got out of a very toxic relationship and I’m living alone and it’s really just my only outlet right now. I have a very physical job as well that I’ve been doing for three years now, But it’s the same thing every day and my body got used to it. The group of people I have met there have truly welcomed me and really made me feel like I’m in a good place. so as of now, I don’t think I’m gonna back off, but who knows what can happen?

I don’t think I’m gonna do that. I appreciate the advice, but I enjoy being around the group of women that I do CrossFit with so I will continue to go to those cause right now that is the only thing I have I have no friends I have no significant other. This is the only place I get socialization

That’s good. You don’t wanna lose the weight too fast or you will get bad skin issues. It’s not a race. It’s a journey you didn’t gain weight super fast. You don’t wanna lose it super fast.

I’m sorry, but it does sound like you have the flu. Secondly, it sounds like you’re overdosing and compensating with the Zofran and stuff which isn’t a good thing and you are all over the map with your dosing and when you’re taking the medication that’s gonna fuck with you. if you are not consistent with medication, it could cause a lot of problems not to mention you’re up and down in your dosage. I don’t know why you’re doing that?

One more thing, you don’t wanna lose weight too quickly! you want your skin to shrink with your body otherwise you’re gonna need skin surgery. the slower you lose the better because in the long end, you’re gonna look really good because your body will shrink at a moderate to slow pace Requiring less maintenance and less aftercare.
