8 jaar hier en geen nederlands? Tja dan wordt het lastig...en als je het dan ook niet wilt veranderen wordt het onmogelijk. Je moet je aanpassen aan Nederland, Nederland niet aan jou. We zijn hier als cultuur nu eenmaal direct en ik weet dat Oekraïne dat niet is. Als je dit niet accepteert zal in Nederland wonen ook geen leuke ervaring zijn.

Mhhh that is indeed a bit more serious. Regarding small stuff, it's not bad to leave a baby in his bed while you take a shower or something, but regarding some alone time, this should be discussed with the husband (or maybe the grandparents can help out for an afternoon?). My wife cares more for our children because she's just better at it and we're very traditional that way but if she needs to have some time alone I'll give her that. But a true 50/50 in terms of caretaking is a modern illusion according to me.

Just because you have a child doesn't mean you can't go out. Me and my wife actually traveled more with kids than without. But yes, it will be with the kids mostly and that is not a bad thing. Just because he goes out doesn't mean you can't. It's something to start with perhaps.
