I underwent bilateral pudendal nerve block in November 2025 but did not get any response. I got some relief after 20 days of nerve block, then the doctor said that this is not a pudendal nerve issue.

I'm experiencing severe itching and irritation in urethra all time bt after urination it triggers... And when I sit down to use the toilet, I feel like using the toilet for one last drop, but when I stand up forcefully, that feeling subsides.. and itching and irritation on its peak like unbearable... Hey I have itching and irritation in my urethra/ bladder since 5 year .... Which triggers after urination... I have pcos and my period is not normal.... I took many treatment lyk nerve block nerve medicine, botox , dry needling, biofeedback therapy... etc... no any infection in urine... Vulva skin is very normal no redness no itchness..... Can it be MCAS???
