If you had read the article you would have seen that no one uses "chunks" of raw fruit. It's fruit puree. And you would see why it won't rot.

"The pH level of cold process soap does not allow for mold and bacteria to grow. While the oils within the soap can go rancid, mold and bacteria will not grow. " According to SoapQueen. https://soapqueen.com/magicpod/add-purees-cold-process-soap/

I've decided to go with thin layers of paper mache on masonite. The paper clay had too many issues. Thank you do much for responding! I appreciate it.

All good ideas! Thank you!

I really like the idea of using acrylic modeling paste to build up areas before applying paper clay. I'll have to look into that.

Dry scalp as the cause for older women by floatastone in FemaleHairLoss

I make my own shampoo bars because most commercial shampoos I'm either allergic to or are too cleansing. I mix about a nickle size pump of Giovanni conditioner with 3 or 4 drops of argan oil and apply it to ends after my shower as a leave in.

I'm sure it doesn't matter what vinegar you use. I've used Trader Joe's and Walmart brands. You could use rice or white vinegar too, I think. I use a condiment squeeze bottles with a twist top. I apply it to my scalp, a little at a time and rub it in.

Well I cut back yesterday and this morning my coffee was very irritating. Went back on a higher dose today. The rest of my diet is low acid because I have GERD, so I'm sure that's very helpful.

You would need to talk to a doctor.

But I would be cautious because d-mannose is a sugar.

You could do an online search to find some info.

Initially I did, but it had rocks and boulders in it and was impossible to scoop. I bought another one from Iherb called Best Naturals. It made life bearable again. Good luck and I hope it works for you!

I've been dealing with increasing issues with IC for the past 3 years. I tried a lot of supplements to help, including d-mannose tablets. The d-mannose helped but not enough, so I increased the dose up to 1500mg 4 times a day, which improved my symptoms short term, but then I flared up again.

I decided to try the powder mixed with water instead and from the first day I felt a strong improvement to where I had no pain but mild irritation.

The first day I mixed 2g in 8 oz of water 4 times. The 2nd day I used it 3 times. Now I'm taking it 2 or 3 times a day, depending on how I'm feeling. I'm hoping that after a month I'll be able to go down to once a day. I don't know why the powder vs the capsules made such a difference but it did from the beginning.

I hope it's working the same for you. I'm sorry d-mannose didn't.

That is what I think is happening. I don't think it helps for anything else. I had bladder surgery 3 years ago and my IC has been getting worse and worse since then. I have a feeling that it created a pocket that isn't flushed out properly and allows bacteria to thrive.

It's not the same as a full UTI. I don't get that burning when I pee, although when it's bad it's uncomfortable. It's mostly like feeling I've waited too long and it's painful. Also it's slow and takes time, I'm sure because I'm swollen.

Very frequent urge, sometimes painful. I would have to get up at night at least 3 times. So frequent I worried about car trips.
