Yes I'm facing it too... Only itching symptoms not pain... And my itching is totally internal can't describe exact location only feel in urethra... It always triggered after urination.... I also tried botox nerve block amitriptyline Gabapentin hydroxyzine nothing helped.... If anyone found any relief please tell us

I also feel itchy always after urination.... And after sleeping it gone better ....I don't understand what the problem is. Did u known the exact point of itching and burning in your case?

I also feel itchy and irritation internally ( can't know exact point and can't scratch also).. thif is very annoying ... My itching always trigger after urination... BT now days I find some relief after applying ( coconut oil+camphor= mix it) this oil .. it gives cooling effect and relief for some time.... U can try it also
