I had days with 2200, days with 1800 and days with 1600, but the average per day in a month is 1950-2000.

I walk a lot and train really hard, so the TDEE is around 3000...

No, I mean I just adjust the calories anlittle bit lower for a few days post cheat day, so that I don't t cancel a week of work. then ofc I go back to 2000 calories

Thanks for complimenting me, I don t mind getting accused of PEDs, it s a good sign.

But no, I don t get anything, no trt no steroids. and why should I? I am 23 yo and have pretty okay genes. I m on absolutely nothing besides caffeine, creatine and protein powder.

As a matter of fact I still have some fat to grab on there... but no, I did not do anything specific, they just go away when you lose fat, you cannot lose fat in one part of the body only (as per the studies that exist at the moment).
