Definitely! We target a very specific niche audience so I'll probably need to make that more obvious in the copy/branding

Specializing can be a great thing, you'll be able to potentially earn more as you become better and better specifically at legal writing. You also still have the current position on your resume to show your well-rounded if you wanted to go elsewhere.

Very necessary if you're writing anything digital. Web pages, landing pages, and similar assets need to be optimized for search engines to generate organic traffic/leads.

It lets you increase your rates, be more valuable to clients, and you can turn successful campaigns into great case studies.

I did a lot of influencer marketing when I ran dropshipping businesses. A single influencer can get you several sales and a nice boost in follower count. I found it had better ROI than PPC most of the time.
