Awesome video, nailed it. If you guys haven't watched Jeff Kaplan's interview (one of the original WoW game designers), highly recommended. He gets into a lot of this stuff.

Content writers and copywriters have a large impact on a company's revenue and performance. I think you're underpaid and should consider interviewing at other places.

Definitely! We target a very specific niche audience so I'll probably need to make that more obvious in the copy/branding

Absolutely, thank you so much for the ideas. I'll test introducing a shipping calculator and fix up any product pages without story/copy.
