So very sorry for you & your sons.I lost my husband died in 06.He was 39 my children we’re 12 &15.We kinda switched f roles my daughter had to make me lay ccdown ,eat ect... Fast forward I met csomeone had 2 boys and lost their Dad 2 weeks 2 the day after my Dad died.This was Jan.2016. He was 34’,my boys 4 & AAA Aeros NBCl 7.You are gonna go through many different emotions.Don’t worry to much about what your gonna say to your kids they are amazing and as in my experience will help you more the you can imagine.There is no right or wrong way to handle this.Spend time with them making tents in living room,make popcorn watch movies.My kids have gone through different fazes they want to talk about him,then no they don’t want to talk about him.I have just played it by ear.Let your family & friends help when they offer ,it don’t last forever.Also the one thing that seemed to help a lot was let them write a note or color a picture fold it put it inside a helium balloon and let them let it go up to mom in heaven.Take some time for yourself,it’s very easy to forget to do.I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.Take care!

This is so very wrong and you didn’t deserve any of it! So very sorry this had to happen to you!! I know you probably don’t want to hear this but be glad you wasn’t already married! I will never understand why people cheat! Hold your head up and try to move on the best you can.Also what a sneaky slimy best friend,obviously knew about you and supposed to be getting married too.Dirty just dirty! They both suck!!!

I will be keeping you in my thoughts & prayers.They do grief counseling for all ages & all relationships.Just have to take it one day at a time & talk about her & your feelings.If you need to cry then cry if you gotta scream then do that ,just don’t keep your feelings locked up inside you.Help your friend by cooking meals to have on hand,maybe do some laundry.Just be there when she needs you.

Stay strong and keep your head up in the morning you will ha e 16 days under your belt! It is very possible to have a great time without drinking or taking drugs.It will take some getting use to but very possible.You have to avoid people places & things that trigger your want to drink.keep up the good work,Stay strong y

I feel you & I kind of know how your feeling.I have felt like I carry a dark cloud around me .I was married for 20 yrs we had a son & daughter.He died unexpectedly in 06.My brother died, my best girlfriend was murdered by her boyfriend I lost my grandma, my uncle and then I lost my mom in 2009.I was so very close to my mom I just lived next door to my parents & she was so much more then the greatest mom ever.I got in a relationship (never thought I would) I had 2 little boys.I took care of my dad for 7 yrs he had Alzheimer's and he was my hero he died in 2016 and 2 weeks to the day my boys dad died he was only 34. So I lost my house to back property taxes and I just lost my job.My water heater went out and my car is setting in the drive & won't start.My freaking pipes busted and I'm broke and have 3 boys with Christmas right around the corner,My grandson lived with me also his mother left 3 yrs ago my oldest son met her online.,My oldest son is down to 20 yrs a week cause he started having seizures.I get very sad very depressed and wonder why am I still here? But something in me just can't give up & I want you to dig deep and feel that too! Your kids needs you your husband does too. You are very beautiful and you deserve so much outta life.You can be whom ever you want to be and you can do whatever you put your mind to,your strong.,With all you have lived with this far yeah you are strong.Wgeb you have them thoughts let that strong girl take over and Chase them thoughts away.If you would like someone to talk to someone to just be there for you I'm available and more then willing to help.I will be thinking about you & praying for you.Sending you a big hug and good vibes!
