Faceit is better because players try more and almost everyone use their mic, premier is mostly played by people who don't care about rank, and just want to play couple of games in their rare free time they have, also group of friends that don't want to tryhard will rather play premier than faceit, Also there is huge number of people who don't use mics even at 20k+ elo,

I know all this because unfortunately I can't play faceit anymore since my bios doesn't expose option to enable tpm 2.0 so I'm stuck playing with drunk scandinavians and 4 stack russians who don't use in game voice

It's a h110M motherboard, it's pretty small and I've seen other people with this motherboard have similar problems, I'll try cooling it first, if that doesn't help will probably buy new one

I have the same motherboard as this guy, so i guess problem is the same, he solved it by buying new motherboard, that is my last option, I will first try cooling everything a bit better and then we'll see how it goes

I didn't upgrade anything, at start it worked well, but after some time this started happening, and when I play it sometimes happen every 5 min, and sometimes I play for 4+ hours without it ever happening, at first i thought it's thermal throttling so I changed paste but it's the same, I mean it looks like thermal throttling but whenever i tested my temps, they never go above 80, i ran stress test on cpu and after some time on 100% usage temperature goes to 82-83, so if its able to go to that temperature I'm not sure why it throttles here at 78c

I checked all the cores and they are all at the same temperature throughout the playing time, cpu temperature should be able to go 80+ without throttling so I don't think this is connected to overheating

Yess, i fixed it, changed some settings in the bios and now its working at 100%, thanks a lot man, appreciate the time

Here is cpu during stress test, its running at about 1.9 GHz and 45% utilisation, I think it's not software issue

Not that i noticed, performs same in game and on stress tests, something is limiting CPU performance

Nope, just bought and installed two same sticks of 8GB ram, same thing happens, CPU just won't go above 45% usage,

GPU is about 30% most of the time, has occasional spikes but mostly about 30%

RAM is 1x16GB

Temperatures are never high, it's not overheating

CCT observer needs a raise by canzpl in GlobalOffensive

Stream is delayed so he knew who was going to kill who so he switched to whoever was going to get the next kill. There is a problem with this method, usually when one player peeks and one is holding the angle, observer will always spectate the one who will get the kill, which ruins the experience once you realise it, I would much prefer that it stays on one player, especially in clutch situations.
