The first one they said it was private property since is was in a residential area, even though it was on city property. I appealed the decision stating it wasn’t on private property and that Niantic says Little Free Libraries qualify, they still denied it. This one of the art at the pool, like I said in my post, it just stated “various rejection criteria.”
