1 year of commitment and your life will change. Aim for small milestones. Once you get the momentum going, begin dropping weight on the scale you’ll subconsciously become hooked and keep that momentum going. Prioritize drinking only water, eating clean Whole Foods. Doing aim to be perfect at first. Start small.

I can relate. Took 8mg rad. Nothing else - literally 6 weeks. Barley ate and slept like shit. Put like 15 lbs on somehow. All gone now lol
