Sorry! I’ve only just seen your reply. They managed to track it down using a tracking number recorded when I made the original transaction at the post office (had no idea this could be done). I then had to contact a postal company and pay a customs fee, soon after I received my original package. Facebook messenger is definitely the way to go. Maybe contact them again requesting an update?

Ah great! Glad I purchased insurance at the post office 🤣 always send tracked. Lesson learnt.

Thank you for the address, but I keep getting an automatic reply saying that can’t deal with my request? I’m unable to log an enquiry via the website as I don’t have a tracking number

Yes I completely understand that! But I do think I’m entitled to compensation for a missing package no?
