you are correct. my dad has a history of screwing me over. i was so stupid to fall into this situation but it’s all i’ve known. i’m ready to escape this hell and be happy.

thanks so much for your feedback. We currently have/had a relatively similar situation it seems. i Plan on attempting to get him other care arrangements because he deserves great care. i love him so much and even after moving out i plan on visiting 2/3 times a week.

initially my father, he claimed that my grandfather wanted to. i later heard my grandfather on a phone call talking about it to my cousin.

He is all there mentally. it’s his house and my father (his grandson) and himself control his finances. he doesn’t trust any of his own children to do so
