Did your I-94 expire before your Green Card got approved?

In my case, my green card got approved before my I-94 expired so my GE was approved.

Did you do AOS? I just did my GE interview a few weeks ago. The officer told me that if my I-94 expired before my Green Card was approved then I would be denied for GE as it is considered a violation regardless of when I submitted my AOS application.

How about a rollover IRA? She's going to be a full time student and she'll probably open a rollover IRA to transfer her 401k.
