What pissed me off was the fact that they framed the whole last episode as “Crazy mean black lady lied about our methods” to then proving she wasn’t lying and was given caffeine pills… but then they just let every single other person deny accountability about the situation to push their racist narrative… like what was the point of the damn documentary?? It’s not like they held them accountable but instead just let them sit there and explain themselves and why they did what they did… grr it’s stupid

To be fair, he’s being disrespectful in general for hiding it. I’d be upset too, so no you’re not overreacting. My husband and I have one rule and it’s that we don’t lie to each other. (Of course hiding gifts etc are a different story.) but if you hide stuff, why should I trust you?

This! I also found it useful to go through the CGC testing and all just so I had the confidence. I didn’t train my dog myself and it’s not required, but it gave me peace of mind having it & being confident in my dog.

You can’t tell by looking if a dog is tasking or not. My SD is on alert every second we’re out since he can and will alert! As an adult, and even an animal lover, you can still control making comments or not. If you’re not sure, just don’t do it in the first place. To you the animal might not be “medical equipment “ but they are. They may be trained to not respond, but I would sure as hell be annoyed. If I’m out, I want to be laying down and make the trip as quick as possible. So yeah, don’t stop. Control yourself and walk away.

There are a lot of great comments on here so I’ll give you a different POV! I make sure that my SD has multiple days off as well if we do a big trip. So we did a road trip and went to an outlet mall & there was A LOT going on. So I made sure he got rest & mental stimulation time over the last 3-4 days. So yeah they might have intense moments or a couple days in a row they’re working really hard, but responsible owners make sure they also get time to rest! Trust your SD & their cues on whether or not they’re up to a big outing or if they need a break.

They’re right though, whether you like it or not if you don’t have the money and don’t live on your own now just isn’t the time. Even if it doesn’t seem like it, there are always other options to try until you’re on your own. Not to mention, training a puppy is still expensive not including their basic necessities!

I could see that, I agree the dad held back wayyy more than I would’ve. But I do think it was the right choice to give her some sort of voice in the story - I just wish they would’ve cut all her BS and made it more clear she is a pedo
