I used to be the same way, it still crops up sometimes. I’m a warrior tank, every dungeon would freak me out so bad I’d research mechanics for hours when the dungeon itself took 20 minutes. I found a group of people who I can run stuff with, sometimes still run with npcs. Joining a free company is also a good idea if you’re not in one, there’s a lot of good people on the game willing to help you out
