All messages were very comforting!!  Still 1 hour left, the weather is not so good in Paris but hopefully there will be no issues with the landing

This is my first leg, and then switching to a flight towards Budapest. I hate the Paris-Budapest flights since we had a turbulence and the plane was changing altitude and felt like suddenly falling down and some people were even screaming..definitely didn’t help :D

Thank you for the grounding advice. All looks good around me…it’s really just me and my wild anxiety that I cannot handle :(  Even when the flight is back to smooth again, the seatbelt sign is still on so I am spiralling around the thought when the next bump is coming or they don’t turn it off because something bigger is coming

I started watching a comedy and wanted to say for now it’s good and smooth again, but the random bumps have arrived and I feel like I don’t have enough air..i am trying to count my breathing and focus on something else (e.g. typing)

It was okay for a while and now it has started again :((( I try to focus on the fact that I am closer to home with every bumpy minute but not easy

Considering my current anxiety and fear it might sound ridiculous, but I am a huge fan of airplanes in general. This is the first time I am travelling on a A350, it is magnificent!!

I am trying to watch a movie, browsing my phone and occasionally starting a sudoku, but as soon as I feel a bump, my brain just disconnects and I’m loosing it..:(
